I walked in and there is no one available at the desk. It’s a Saturday so they open at 10 am. There is only one person massaging. It shows on the screen there are 5 people available now. I have been waiting for almost an hour and no one has approached the 3 people waiting.
Jenny is always my go to gal! She finds the knots and works on them with her fingers which I love!
Went in for a massage & the lady that was doing it was speaking to another worker & laughing over me as if they were talking about me in their language of course! Did it most of the massage! Very very rude & unprofessional! I will not be returning & there was a price issue & she ignored me! Maybe it’s certain customers they treat like that! Pretending to not know how to speak English! What a shame I’ve been coming for years & it’s happened to me twice! I feel there should not even been one star rating! Pretty upset & it bothered me the rest of my day!
UPDATE: The owner quickly reached out to me with her concerns. I really appreciated her prompt response. I thank her for her concerns. She was very nice. Thank you so much and I will give the facility another try. Once again Thank you to the wonderful owner. Horrible experience! Went in for a massage at a level 2 and it was so painful. 4 days later having to go to the ER. Under my neck still swollen. Tried to call facility no answer.
WOW! Talk about AMAZING! This place was so perfect! As in EVERYTHING was perfection! The check in process, the cool tech to see how long you have to wait, the towel covering your body, your eyes, music, everything. I got the combination massage for 30 min foot massage and 30 min full body! WOW! The name says it all. This is indeed Corpus Christi's Relaxation Station!
